Start a Remote Support Session

Step 2: Download Our Secure Support Tool
Click the “Download" button below. This will start a download of the TeamViewer QuickSupport app.
Step 3: Open the File
Double-click the downloaded file to run the application. If prompted, allow it to make changes to your device.
Step 4: Accept the Session
Our technician will request access—just click “Allow” or “Accept” to start the support session. You’ll be able to see everything we’re doing, and we’ll walk you through it step by step.
