We use a UL listed and FM approved monitoring station to ensure your alarm panel call gets through immediately. The operators are fully trained and registered with the State of Virginia and the Department of Criminal Justices Services to ensure your alarm signal is handled promptly and your information is always confidential.  When your system is monitored and an alarm is sent (fire or burglary), the operators follow the list of your specific requirements and dispatch emergency personnel as needed. Insurance companies recognize that having a security alarm system in your home not only deters robbers, but can notify the police in the event of a break-in if the system is monitored.  If you add smoke detectors to the alarm, it will also provide early warning of a fire by triggering the smoke detectors.
